This article analyzes the general valuation of International Commercial Arbitration; probes the characteristics of evidences in litigation and international commercial arbitration; with anatomy to theories of evidence and referrence of present rules in practice of international commercial arbitration, concludes the proper standards on admission of evidence in international commercial arbitration; and provides advices on legislation of evidentiary rules in foreign arbitration in China.
