| 摘 要： | 质量是物流企业的生命线，是物流企业获得竞争优势的关键。分析物流质量的内涵及其特殊性，认为应该从物流时间、物流成本、物流效率三个方面来衡量物流企业的质量。文章运用实证分析方法，分析了连云港物流业的SWOT，提出了完善质量管理体系和运行机制的一些做法。
