评述电视法制节目形态创新路径

中国电视法制节目经历数十年的蓬勃发展已经进入了较为稳定的发展期。随之而来则是节目制作难题、同业激烈竞争以及观众需求变化催生的创新压力。当下节目形态创新成为法制栏目生存和延续的主要路径。本文试从理论层面对电视法制节目的生存压力及发展动力作细致阐述，揭示收视率与娱乐化对法制节目发展趋势的影响，并指出对法制节目有限的普法能力给节目形态创新带来的障碍，提出多元化是未来电视法制节目创新的根本。此外，文中还列举了中国在播法制节目中较为成功的三款新形态法制节目——《金牌调解》、《普法栏目剧》以及《闯关12》——来展现电视节目形态创新的前沿概况，试图从中借鉴可能的创新路径。

On Form Innovations of Legal TV Programs

The Legal TV programs in China have stepped into a relatively stable period after decades of vigorous development. However, what come next to it are the ticklish production problems, along with fierce competition and changing needs of audience. At present, the last resort for legal TV programs to survive tends to be morphologically innovated. This article explores the survival pressure and innovation motives of legal TV programs from theoretical perspective, revealing the impact on the future trend by audience rating and entertainment, claiming that diversity turns to be the fundamental importance of legal programs approaching towards innovation. In addition, three new types of successful legal programs--＂JinPaiTiaojie＂, ＂Pufalanmuju＂ and ＂Chuangguan 12＂ will be under analysis in this context as examples of program innovation, and tries to conclude several feasible and innovative paths in the end.
