心理授权与个体创新绩效:心理安全的调节效应研究

现有文献普遍认为心理授权对个体创新绩效能够产生积极影响,这一结论也得到不少实证研究的证实,然而却鲜有文献对个中的权变性予以关注。本研究考察了心理安全对心理授权作用于个体创新绩效的调节效应,利用相关量表调查了266名企业员工,对回收的有效数据进行统计分析,结果表明,心理安全对心理授权与个体创新绩效的关系起调节作用,高心理安全水平下,心理授权对个体创新绩效的影响更显著,低心理安全水平下,心理授权对个体创新绩效的影响没有达到显著的水平。文章最后讨论了研究的结论并提出了未来研究的展望。

Psychological Empowerment and Individual Innovation Performance: Exploring the Moderating Effect of Psychological Safety

Available literature generally believe that psychological empowerment have positive impact on individual innovation performance, this conclusion is also confirmed by many empirical studies, However, little attention has been paid to the contingent of this impact. This study examines the moderating effect of psychological safety on the relationship between psychological empowerment and individual innovation performance. The date is collected from 266 college staff using the correlation scales, Empirical results indicate the moderating effect of psychological safety, when psychological safety is higher, the impact of psychological empowerment is more significant on individual innovation performance, when psychological safety is lower,the impact of psychological empowerment is not significant on individual innovation performance. At last, this paper discusses the conclusions and suggests future research prospects.
