| 摘 要： | 本文分析了当前我国企业人才招聘方法和现状;对现有国内外人员测评技术和人客观性格标志(血型、颜色、出生时间等)测评方法进行剖析和对比分析,并根据笔者10多年调研和实践经验,提出一种人客观性格标志群联合快速测评方法,供企业在人员招聘和干部选拔中参考,并希望学术界和企业界人士予以关注和研究。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the currently method and situation in recruitment of enterprise;Analyses and compare the estimation technology and estimation method about the external character (blood group, color, birth dale etc). Based on ten year' s research and experience, the writer brings forward a rapid estimation method through one person' s character symbol colony for enterprises reference. The writer also wishes academic experts and enterprisers pay attention to this opinion and have deeply research. |
