| Abstract: | As we have been devoted to deepen reform,our pursuit to ameliorate the mid large scale state owned enterprises and to extricate them from financial difficulties has been basically attained.Such achievement is phase marking and fundamental.We must accelerate the strategic readjustment of our state owned economy and the strategic restructure of our state owned enterprises.Also,the construction of modern enterprises system of our state owned enterprises must be strengthened. |
