民营科技企业基于自主创新的财务风险及防范对策

Preventive Measurements Against Financial Risk Based on Self-innovation in Private-owned Technical Enterprises

For private-owned technical enterprises,especially those medium or small sized ones,finance difficulties along with low level management,blind decision and unconsciousness of risk typically result in high financial risks,which have affected those enterprises' survival,development and enlargement.Private-owned enterprises should take efficient measurements to build managment regulations,widen financing channels,use creative tenants,cooperate with government and serve organizations in risk sharing,financing guarantee,etc.So that financial risks of private-owned enterprises can be prevented or eliminated and the capability of innovation of those enterprises can be improved generally.
