| 摘 要： | 旅游管理专业人才培养的模式选择是旅游高等教育成败的关键.从分析我国现阶段人才培养模式存在的若干问题入手,提出以"行业-企业-职业岗位群"三位一体培养复合型旅游管理专业人才的基本思路与措施.
