| 摘 要： | 兼并、收购与整合不仅是我国证券公司发展壮大的需要,更是我国证券公司生存的需要。本文首先分析了我国证券公司发展的特点和发展现状,总结了我国证券公司并购与整合的必要性,并提出了相应的措施与对策。
