| 摘 要： | 通过对工程项目施工成本控制的主要工作、控制对象、控制方法等方面的论述，说明工程项目在实施过程中如果不进行控制，会造成项目目标的偏离。随着偏离的增大，最终可能导致项目的失败。因此实施控制是必要的，成本趋向预测也很重要。对成本超支的原因进行了分析，提出了降低成本的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the tasks, objects and method of the cost control in construction project management. Poor cost control may cause deviation of project target and even failure of project. Project cost control is necessary and cost trend forecast is important. The reasons of cost overspend are analyzed and measures to reduce cost are put forward. |
