| 摘 要： | 当前我国住房抵押贷款证券化试点已经启动,作为一项融资技术,其最终归宿是发行适合投资者需要的住房抵押贷款证券化产品.本文从我国住房抵押贷款支持证券的产品类型入手,分析了其法律性质,认为我国住房抵押贷款支持证券的法律形式是债券,而本质上是信托受益凭证,在此基础之上,介绍了住房抵押贷款支持证券法律适用的不同观点,并阐述了自己的见解.
