| 摘 要： | 根据从定性到定量的综合集成理论,分析了电子政务绩效评估的复杂性。基于绩效参考损型(PRM模型)改进的评估指标,建立了将三角模糊数、语言属性,绩效与风险综合评价集成的科学评估体系,最后验证其科学性和有效性。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of Meta -synthesis methodology from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis,the complexity of performance evaluation for E-government is discussed.Based on the improved PRM model of evaluation index,evaluation system combination with triangular fuzzy number and linguistic attribute and performance and risk evaluation is established.The result validates that performance evaluation is scientific and effective. |
