| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,中国城市贫困问题越来越严重,并给经济与社会的健康发展带来了极大的负面影响.由于城市贫困现象日趋严重的原因是多样的和复杂的,因此要缓解城市贫困问题必须从多方面入手:为城市贫困人口提供社会救助;进一步完善城镇社会医疗保险制度和医疗救助制度并扩大覆盖面;加强职业教育,提高贫困人口的就业竞争能力.

| Abstract: | Since 1990s,the urban penury in China has become more and more serious and brings great negative factors to the healthy development of the economy and society.For the reason causing the urban penury is complex and various,so we should consider this problem extensively: offer social aid to urban penury population;perfect the urban medical insurance and aid system;strengthen the professional education to provide more employment,and promote the competing ability of the penury population. |
