油气长输管道工程人因可靠性分析

摘    要:油气长输管道在其生命周期的设计、建造和运行等阶段发生的事故(腐蚀、疲劳、碰撞、火灾、爆炸等)大多与人和组织的失误有关,因此很有必要开展油气长输管道工程人因可靠性分析。针对人因可靠性分析的精确性、可靠性和稳健性等有效性问题,分析了油气长输管道工程HRA技术现状,在HRA研究方法的基础上,重点介绍了FMEA,FTA/ETA,PIDA以及SAM方法,并指出当前研究中所存在的问题及其发展方向。

Abstract:Most accidents (including the corrosion, fatigue, collision, fire and explosion) of oil and gas long distance pipelines are mainly caused by the errors of human and organizations, which usually happened in the stages of its life style such as design, construction and operation and so on, Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the analysis of human reliability in the project of oil and gas long distance pipelines. According to the effectiveness of accuracy, reliability and steadiness of human reliability analysis, the present state of HRA technique in the project is discussed. Then, based on HRA research methods, an emphasis is placed on the introduction to the methods of FMEA, FTA/ETA, PIDA and SAN, companied by presenting the problems and development tendencies of the present study.
