| Abstract: | By means of analyzing the actuality of urban planning management of rural collective land for construction, illustrating the problems and reasons exinsted in the urban planning management of rural collective land for construction, the paper puts forward some advices in accord with the urban planning management system of rural collective land for construction in Beijing, and which provide the well system framework for Constructing Socialism New Country, ensuring the effective implementing of the new Beijing Master Plan in suburb. |
