| Abstract: | From the view of economics this paper analys the problem of effects of attracting FDI in high energy consuming industries. It opens out the dynamic effects of attracting FDI in hebei high energy consuming industries and correct the misconstruction about traditional attracting FDI effects in order to offer valuable referrence for our attracting FDI and industrial policies. |
