新产品开发的自主创新管理模式探讨

新产品开发的自主创新管理模式与企业自身条件、战略目标、资源禀赋等密不可分。将浙江省高新技术企业作为研究对象，运用因子分析得到影响企业新产品开发的三大影响因素，分别对应于3种自主创新管理模式：以战略平台为核心、以组织资本为核心、以技术能力为核心。以新产品开发为衡量标准，对这3种管理模式进行了实证分析，寻找最适合浙江省高新技术企业新产品开发的管理模式，为浙江省高新技术企业自主创新管理提供借鉴。

Research on the Independent Innovation Management Patterns of New Product Development

Independent innovation management pattern of new product development is closed with the conditions, strategy target, resources of enterprises etc.. This article obtains three influencing factors on new product development of enterprises by using the factor analysis method, and correspondingly concludes three kinds of enterprise independent innovation management patterns: the strategic platform as the core, organizational capital as the core, the technical ability as the core. The article attempts to study on the relationship between the three independent innovation management patterns and the new product development, seek the most suitable management pattern for the enterprises in Zhejiang to enhance the new product development, and provide a reference for enterprise independent innovation management.
