| 摘 要： | 对知识资本与科技型中小企业的现有研究进行了总结，在此基础上，对科技型中小企业的知识资本运营进行了深入分析，构建了科技型中小企业知识资本运营机理图。基于理论分析，建立了以H S C为基础的指标体系，并以新疆克拉玛依市48家科技型中小企业为研究对象，利用SPSS软件对样本数据进行相关分析，利用LISREL软件进行SEM中的验证性因子分析，结果表明模型效果较好。

| Abstract: | Firstly , this paper summarizes the existing research of Intellectual Capital and TSEMs , and then analyzes the Intellectual Capital Management in TSEMs deeply.This paper constructs the Intellectual Capital Management Mechanism Map in the TSEMs.Based on the H S C theory and theory analysis , a multi-indicators system is constructed.This paper takes 48TSEMs in Kelamayi in Xinjiang province as study objects , and uses SPSS to analyze the correlation of sample data and uses LISERL software to implement confirmatory factor analysis in SEM.The results show that the model contains a good result. |
