| 摘 要： | 创业企业社会网络演化过程中的试错行为具有触发性、学习性、锁定性和适应性，并且这4种特性的外在表现各不相同。通过构建试错行为的结构方程模型，发现创业企业社会网络演化试错的触发性、学习性和锁定性与适应性呈正相关，创业企业社会网络演化试错的触发性和锁定性与学习性呈正相关。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the try and error behaviors during the course of start-up enterprises’social network evolution have the characteristics of trigging , locking in , learning and adaptation , displays the external appearance of the 4 characteristics during the course of start up enterprises’social network evolution , builds up the SQE model of try and error behaviors , and makes the conclusions that the characteristics of trigging , learning and locking in are positive to the adaptation of the try and error of start up enterprises’social network evolution. |
