| Abstract: | This study looks at the connotation of the open knowledge sharing technological innovation platform model from the perspective of institution innovation.Based on the developmental features of the new energy automotive industry in Shanghai,not only construction assumptions but also developmental advice about new energy automotive industry have been provided in this report. |
