中国高技术行业专利申请的长期战略和短期措施——基于高技术行业面板数据的协整和误差修正模型研究

摘    要:利用1995-2009年中国高技术产业21个行业面板数据,通过单位根和面板模型设定形式的检验,在变系数和时点固定效应模型的基础上,建立了行业总产值、R&D经费内部支出及R&D活动人员折合全时当量对行业专利申请量的协整和误差修正模型,对行业专利申请量与其影响因素之间的长期均衡关系和短期动态调整特征进行了研究,在此基础上提出了高技术产业各行业专利申请的长期战略和短期调整措施.

Abstract:Using panel data of 21 classifications of China high-technology industry in 1995-2009,based on unrestricted and time fixed effects regression models,we establish the co-integration and error correction models to explore the long-term balanced states and short-term dynamic features of patent applications in different high-tech industry classifications by such influencing factors as gross industrial output value,internal R&D investment expenditure and personnel R&D full-time equivalent.Consequently,the long-term development modes as well as short-term adjusting mechanism on the patent applications of high-technology industry have been suggested.
