国家综合配套改革试验区城市（群）知识产权与综合建设的相关性分析

以国家综合配套改革试验区城市（群）为研究对象，在对城市（群）1998-2007年知识产权与综合建设进行全面评分的基础上，对知识产权与综合建设各因素进行相关分析，探讨知识产权在投入、成果、运用、管理和保护等方面，与包括经济、社会、环境在内的城市（群）综合建设水平的关联性。研究结果表明，知识产权与城市经济、社会、环境建设存在不同程度的相关性。对知识产权与城市综合建设的作用机制进行探讨，在此基础上提出城市群通过把握知识产权发展方向、范围等提升综合建设水平的相应对策。

Correlation Analysis between Intellectual Property and General Constructions of National Comprehensive Reform Pilot Zones

Objecting on the cities of pilot zones,based on rate of intellectual property and cities construction in 1998-2007,this paper conducts an correlation analysis to explore the relation between the intellectual property,which including investment,application,achievement,administration and Protection,and the general construction,which including economic,social,environmental construction.The result shows that these factors be related in varying degrees.After that we try to discuss the countermeasure,and provide suggestions for upgrading the level of comprehensive constructions by grasping the direction and scope of intellectual property.
