| 摘 要： | 企业明言知识、缄默知识分别以不同的特征和方式与企业技术创新能力相关联。针对企业明言知识、缄默知识在内容上的重合部分和未重合部分,提出企业共同知识、企业遗存知识、企业深潜知识的概念,进一步深入分析企业明言知识、缄默知识相互转化及一致性管理对企业技术创新能力的影响,并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Knowledge may be simultaneously tacit and explicit,and be associated with enterprise technology innovation capability respectively in different ways. This paper proposes the concept of enterprise common knowledge,shelved knowledge,obscure knowledge,analyses how the consistence of enterprise’s tacit and explicit knowledge affects enterprise technology innovation capability,and suggests countermeasures to enterprise managers. |
