| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析（DEA）方法,对安徽省17个城市三类不同的工业企业进行分析发现,15个城市存在不同程度的非DEA有效,没有一个城市已经达到规模递增的状态。导致其非DEA有效的主要原因在于规模过小,技术效率低下。针对这种状况,提出扩大已有工业企业的规模、加大招商引资工作的力度、发挥各市工业的比较优势等政策建议。
