| Abstract: | The planned growth curve is an important tool to plan the Reliability growth.It is the important staple factors to insure reliability growth satisfy the request.This article describes the method to protract the reliability planned growth test curve,including plan of the growth aim,the confirming of the state point of the planned growth test curve,and the confirming of the increase rate,as well as the confirming of the total test time. |
