| 摘 要： | IT外包是福州市承接国际服务外包的主要领域，是福州市优化产业结构、转变外资增长方式、提升经济竞争力的重要手段。本文结合IT外包国内外发展现状和趋势，分析福州市加快发展IT外包的产业环境，提出改善投资软环境、加强人才培养和提供政策支持等进一步发展的建议。

| Abstract: | The accelerating IT outsourcing industry development is the main area of Fuzhou＇s contracting international outsourcing, and an important way to upgrade the industrial structure, to transform the growth of foreign investment, and to improve the economy competition. This essay, with the present situation and trend of IT outsourcing at home and abroad, analyzes the environment, and, to further develop local IT outsourcing, puts forward that Fuzhou should improve the investing environment, enlarge human resource on this aspect and further provide privileged policies. |
