印染余热的综合利用

摘    要:论述了印染余热的主要来源和当前国内外余热回收技术和管理现状,并实地调查了苏州市某典型印染企业。测算出余热回收技术应用在该企业所产生的效益,可节省标准煤约1.57万池、回收废油544.5t/a、回收冷凝水3.3万t/a、60℃冷却水165万t/a。分析了余热回收技术在全苏州市推广的可行性,并进行了效益估算。

Abstract:This paper discussed the source about waste heat and present technology for recovery, and management status both at home and abroad. Technology for waste heat recovery and management status in a typical enterprise in Suzhou were investigated. The benefits was estimated after technology being promoted: saving standard coal 15 700 t, recycling waste oil 544.5 t, recycling condensate 33 000 t and producing 60 ℃ cooling water 1 650 000 t a year. Finally, the feasibility of promoting recovery technology in Suzhou was analyzed and the benefit was estimated.
