基于多方共赢的欠发达地区信用担保发展研究

信用担保在我国经过十几年的发展,已经形成了一个特定的行业。然而,由于我国经济发展水平的地区性差异导致了信用担保体系建设进程也呈现了一种不平衡的发展趋势。本文将针对欠发达地区信用担保体系的发展现状,分析制约信用担保体系发展的主要原因,结合发达地区的发展经验,提出了政府、银行、企业和担保机构等多方共赢的欠发达地区信用担保的发展思路。

Research of less develped district credit guarantee basing on win-win situation

Credit Guarantee has become a particular industry after more than 10 years of development in China. However, the process of credit guarantee system-building have shown a trend of unbalanced development as the regional differences of economic development Yevel in China. This paper will address the development status quo of credit guarantee system in developing regions, and then analyze the main reasons for restricting the development of credit guarantee. Finally the author structure a new thought that can pro mote the development of credit guarantee in developing regions based on multi-win-win for Government,Bank,Enterprise and Credit Guarantee Organizations.
