失去独生子女家庭问题现状、原因和对策探析——以湖南省为例

独生子女年轻生命的逝去，使美满的家庭破碎。失独者成为继空巢老人、务工子女之后又一大需要我们关注的群体。以湖南省为例，围绕失独者从其现状和形成失独之痛的原因两个方面进行了陈述和分析。对解决失独问题，特别是政府和社会在失独家庭的重构提出了合理建议。通过对失独者的调查了解和对各类文献资料的分析研究，提出了心理援助、物质援助和健全养老体制等可行性较高的建议。

Status Quo,Causes and Countermeasures of Only-child Losing Problem -A case study of Hunan province

Losing the only child may mean not only the passing of a young life but also the breaking of a happy family. Parents who have lost their only child have already become a large group that needs our concern succeeding the empty-nest elderly and the children of migrant worker problems. This paper, takes Hunan province for example, presents and analyzes the current situation and the pain of losing the only child from two aspects. To solve this problem, the governrnent and society have particularly been proposed with reasonable suggestions to reconstruct the only-child-losing family. According to the investigation of the parents and the analysis of various types of literature, this paper puts forward suggestions with high feasibility such as psychological aid, material assistance and improvement of the pension system.
