失信企业的特征甄别

随着中国经济市场化改革的不断推进,企业失信已严重影响了国民经济的健康发展。通过分别抽取失信企业和守信样本,并对相关参数进行统计分析,揭示守信企业和失信企业之特征区别。笔者认为本文对政府职能部门有效进行事前监管具有较好的实际操作性,同时对于研究失信企业的行为和原因提供了新思路。

Study On Discrimination of Characters of Unreliable Enterprises

With the constant development of marketization reform of China's economy,acts of dishonesty have seriously affected the development of China's economy.This paper attempts to distinguish the characteristic differences between reliable enterprises and unreliable enterprises,by statistically analyzing the related parameters based on random samples of reliable enterprises and unreliable ones.It is expected to be practical to the effective pre-supervision of government functional departments and to provide a new perspective on exploring the acts and causes of unreliable enterprises.
