| 摘 要： | 中国石油行业垄断导致市场缺乏公平竞争的环境、缺乏法律的统一规制,要化解这些问题必须完善成品油定价机制、确定合理的规制价格、引入多元竞争机制、严格实施《反垄断法》、加快制定《石油天然气法》。

| Abstract: | Monopoly of the oil industry in China led to a lack of fair competition market environment,the lack of legal regulation of the reunification.It is necessary to resolve these issues by improving refined oil pricing mechanism,determining a reasonable price regulation,introducing multi-competition mechanism,strictly enforcing "Anti-monopoly Law" and accelerating the development of "Petroleum and Natural Gas Act". |
