| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国中小企业构建核心竞争力的必要性以及目前中小企业存在的问题,提出了中小企业构建核心竞争力的对策:加快中小企业融资服务体系建设;加快科技发展,促进技术创新尽快提高中小企业"二次创业"能力;进一步优化经济环境,继续改善投资环境和发展环境;制定实施科学的人才战略,拥有优秀人才,增强企业核心竞争力。
