| Abstract: | A new train of thought mentioned in this paper refers to a combination of the great development of the west strategy, the conversion strategy of advantageous minerals in Xingjiang, the strategy of rejuvenating Xingjiang via science and education, and sustainable development strategy. The paper also points out the five key jobs to be done both in present time and in the first half period of the 21st century. |
