| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代开始，全球产业结构呈现出由“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转变的总趋势。随着新疆经济实力的不断增强和地区建设不断稳步推进，新疆在构筑新型现代服务体系、提升地区综合服务功能、提高服务业质量和层次方面必将取得长足的进步。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 1980s,global industrial structure is in the transition from industry-oriented economy to service-oriented economy.With the increasing enhancement of economic power and the steady advancement of regional development,Xinjiang will make a long-term progress in building a new modern service system,improving comprehensive service function,and upgrading the quality of service. |
