| 摘 要： | 上海自贸区的建设标志着我国改革开放进入新阶段,在此背景下,南通的经济发展必然会受到自贸区建设的影响。南通只有正确认识自贸区带来的有利和不利影响,才能制定有针对性的措施来应对上海自贸区对南通带来的机遇与挑战。文章分析了上海自贸区对南通经济发展的影响并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, marking a new stage of China＇s reform and opening up to the outside world, will make an impact on the economic development of Nantong City. Nantong City should have a clear idea of both the positive and negative influences and take corresponding measures, which is what this paper discusses. |
