摘    要:本文选取沪深两市国有上市公司年报的截面数据,对2006年度我国国有上市公司高管持股与公司绩效的关系进行实证研究,以检验高管股权激励机制对我国国有上市公司的适用性。得出的结论对于正确把握国有上市公司高管股权激励的状况以及完善国有控股上市公司实施股权激励提供实证依据。

Abstract:The paper selects annual reports of some listed companies and makes a study of relation between shareholders and performance of companies to test effects of incentive mechanism of shareholders on the companies and comes to the conclusion that positive evidence can be provided by analyzing the set of incentive mechanism.
