| Abstract: | In allusion to the ability problems of teachers existed in university library, this study analyzes the reason of unbalanced teacher ability, some countermeasures are proposed, such as introducing human resources management to evoke potential energy, optimizing personnel environment, enhancing inservice training, and establishing key position system. |
