| 摘 要： | 跨行政区公共服务提供机制是指影响公共服务提供的各构成要素之间相互联系和作用的关系及其功能，也就是在一定的制度安排下，为实现既定的目标所采取的途径与方式，包括跨行政区公共服务供求机制、运行机制、评价激励机制等。应深化行政管理体制改革，构筑区域合作的政策环境，建立区域合作的组织协调机制，从制度和组织上保障跨行政区公共服务提供机制的有效运行。
