| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,我国经济呈现连续多年高速增长,受世人瞩目。但经济发展过热表现出的诸多发展模式方面的弊端和缺陷也逐渐显露出来。文中将系统分析经济增长模式转变的必要性和紧迫性,将经济发展的高速和高效结合起来。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open policy,our country economy has presented continuously many year high speed growths,focuses attention on the common people. But the economical development superheated meter appears many development pattern aspect malpractice and the flaw also gradually reveal. This article necessity and pressing which transforms the system analysis economy growth pattern,high speed and unifies highly effective the economical development. |
