| 摘 要： | 本文利用计量经济学方法对我国出口贸易与环境污染、环境规制之间的关系进行了实证分析,得出的结论是:我国出口贸易规模变化是导致工业污染物排放量变化的原因,同时,出口贸易规模与工业排放量呈正相关,所以,我国出口贸易规模的迅速扩大对环境造成了一定的负面影响;就地区的情况看,东部地区出口贸易额对工业污染物排放量的弹性明显低于中部和西部地区;我国各地区治理环境污染的各种投入与其出口贸易额的负相关性显著。

| Abstract: | In this article,the relation between export trade and environmental pollution & regulations in China is empirically analyzed by using econometric.The result is as follows:(1)On the one hand,the change of export is Granger causality of environmental pollution in China,On the other hand,positive relationship between the export and the dense of industrial pollution in China is significant.Therefore,increase of export takes side-effects on China's environment.(2)Elastic of export to discharge of industrial pollutants in the eastern region is greater than that in the west and middle regions of China.(3)Negative relationship between the export and investments on environment in China is significant. |
