| 摘 要： | 工业文明将人类推进一个物质文明高度发达阶段的同时,也给人类的生存和发展带来了巨大危机,人类正在步入后果严重的高危时代。在对高危时代中各种危机研究的基础上,深入分析了危机的动因、形式、范围以及影响等新的特点和发展趋势,提出强化危机意识、推动全球化治理,形成政府社会合作机制以及构建超越工业文明的新文明形态等举措,力求人类社会与环境实现可持续发展。
