| 摘 要： | 耕地整理是实现耕地数量保护与质量提升于一体的经济可行的手段之一。在耕地整理数量潜力和质量潜力分析的基础上，借助于层次聚类分析法和多因素综合评定法对江苏省各地区耕地整理综合潜力进行了分级研究，并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Arable land consolidation is a feasible and economical way to integrate arable land quantity protection with quality promotion. On the basis of quantity and quality potential appraisal of arable land adjustment, this paper discusses the comprehensive potential of arable land consolidation, and conducts a classification analysis with the method of cluster analysis and multi-factors comprehensive appraisal, with Jiangsu Province as an example. |
