| 摘 要： | 我国医药流通现有模式存在诸多问题,如交易渠道复杂,流通费用过大、市场集中度低等。为了降低医药流通成本、规范医药市场秩序以及提升医药流通业的持续发展力,须重构供应链管理的医药流通新模式：整合资源,规范总体思路;完善采购体制,进一步优化招标采购制度;规范库存,推行“零库存”管理;推广电子商务模式以及走一体化发展之路。

| Abstract: | There exist many problems in China＇s current medicine circulation mode, such as complex transaction channel, big circulation cost, low market concentration rate and so on. To lower medicine circulation cost, standardize medicine market order and enhance the capability of medicine circulation industry for sustainable development, we should reconstruct a new medicine circulation mode of supply chain management as follows： integrating resources and unifying overall thinking; optimizing purchase system and further improving bid purchase system; standardizing inventory and carrying out ＂zero inventory＂ management; promoting e-business mode and practicing path of integrated development. |
