| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the mechanism deficit that exists in the pattern of leading corporations,summarizes the conformity between cooperatives and the construction of new rural areas.Then draws a conclusion: cooperatives will optimize agricultural industry structure,and promote rural civilization construction and democratic management.The paper points out that the combination between co-operatives and leading corporations will benefit the goal of the construction of new rural areas. |
