| 摘 要： | “全力以赴，开拓创新”这是记者走进深圳卓凡动力电子有限公司（以下简称卓几公司）最先看到一副标语，别看坐落在深圳市龙岗区爱联新村的卓凡公司创立时间不长，规模不大员工也只有100多人．但这里设计和制造的电位器“操控”了国内八成以上的知名玩具、模型。在对该公司走访过程中，公司总经理王荣业用最朴实、最贴切的话语向记者讲述了企业在发展过程中对“全力以赴，开拓创新”的见解和定义。
