| 摘 要： | 日本技术性贸易壁垒主要有三种表现形式:国家制定技术法规;确立技术标准体系;政府部门管理质量认证工作。日本技术性贸易壁垒形态各异,特点鲜明,并且发展迅速。随着经济全球化的发展,技术性贸易壁垒将成为日本贸易保护主义的高级形式和主要手段,并且涵盖范围将更广泛,影响更深远。

| Abstract: | Japanese technical trade barrier mainly expresses three forms: the state constituting technical statutes and establishing technical standard system,the government controlling quality certification.Japanese technical trade barrier is various in forms,distinctive in characteristics and rapid in development.With the development of economic globalization,Japanese technical trade barrier will become the superior form and major means to Japanese trade protectionism and will have more profound influence in broader area. |
