探析军民兼容物资储备体系构建

随着后勤保障体制的改革,军队现有的物资储备体系已难以适应新形势的需要,完善物资储备体系必须坚持平战结合、军民兼容的发展方向,这样不仅能够达到平时少储备,战时保证供应的目的,也将对我军后勤正规化建设起到积极的推动作用。因此,在军地物流一体化大环境下,完善、合理的物资储备体系还需要进一步在完善管理体制、确定规模、布局及储备标准等方面采取一些措施。

Analyzing Military and Civilian Compatible Materials Reserves System of Construction

With the logistical support system reform,system of materials reserve has been difficult to adapt to the new situation,improving the materials reserve system must adhere to development direction of peacetime and wartime,compatibility of military and civilian,this will not only be able to meet the usual small reserves and the guarantee of supply during the war.But also play a positive role in promoting construction of our army＇s logistic.On the military and logistics intergration environment,reasonable materials reserve system needs to adopt some measures on improving further the management system,sizing,layout,and reserve standards.
