| Abstract: | For the diversion tunnel of Baise multipurpose dam project constructed under very complicated geological condition, practice demonstrate that the safety management system with the owner responsible for united supervision and coordination, designer, supervisor and construction contractors doing their own duties respectively is very effective for preventing safety accident. |
