| 摘 要： | 在国际碳排量控制与国内经济发展方式转变的双重压力下，大力推进低碳产业发展、抢占低碳经济发展制高点已经成为我国发展战略中的重点。文章从推进区域可持续发展的视角出发，以生态、低碳理念为指导，以提升产业创新能力与生态效率、实现产业跨越式发展为目的，构建低碳型产业创新网络。并以黑龙江庆华新能源战略产业园为例，对低碳型产业创新网络的构建模式进行实证分析。

| Abstract: | Facing double pressures of international carbon emissions control and the change of domestic economic development mode, promoting industrial development to seize the commanding heights of low-carbon economic development strategy has become the focus of China＇s development. For the purpose of improving the industrial innovation ability and ecological efficiency to realize great-leap-forward development, this paper builds low-carbon industrial innovation network with ecology and low-carbon conception from the perspective of promoting sustainable development. Then, taking Heilongjiang Qinghua New Energy Industrial Park as an example, this paper analyzes the mode of low-carbon industrial innovation construction. |
