| 摘 要： | 收入分配是以改善民生为重点的和谐社会建设的着力点。文章采用实证分析的方法,分析了北京市劳动力市场发展和收入分配状况,并以劳动力市场为切入点,剖析了北京市收入分配差距扩大的原因,提出了完善北京市劳动力市场,缩小收入差距的建议。

| Abstract: | Income distribution is the supporting point for the harmonious society construction laying stress on the people＇s livelihood.By means of empirical analysis,this paper does the research on Beijing labor market development and income allocation status,and further analyses the causes broadening Beijing income gap from the aspect of labor market,finally followed by the suggestions about perfecting Beijing labor market and narrowing income gap. |
